Clement Howell High School is the largest public high school in the Turks and Caicos Islands.The school opened its doors in September 1987 and is the most recently built public high school in the Turks and Caicos Islands. In 1993, the Government of the Turks and Caicos remodeled Clement Howell making it the best looking and most well maintained high school in the Turks and Caicos.

Clement Howell currently has a 347 students and a staff of 27 teachers. The faculty consists of local and foreign teachers from Canada, Jamaica and Trinidad.

Clement Howell teaches the British National Curriculum and it offers forms one through five which in the American system is equivalent to grades seven to eleven. Here in the Turks and Caicos Islands, students in their graduating year take their 'O' Level CXC or GCSE examinations. The Clement Howell High School offers 'O' Levels in subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Accounting, Business, Technical Drawing, Information Technology, Math and English just to name a few.
